Panerathon is the largest community fundraising event in the Mahoning Valley consisting of a 10k and 2 mile walk through the city of Youngstown that starts and ends at the Covelli Centre. The event features corporate sponsors, volunteer staff, on site activations and multiple stages.
The Covelli Centre’s parking lot is transformed into an event space that spans beyond its borders into the city and neighboring Mill Creek Park to accommodate the colossal event’s over 11,000 participants and spectators. A culmination of effort from multiple companies, community partners and passionate runners and walkers, Panerathon brings the community together not only for fun and entertainment but to raise money in support of the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center in downtown Youngstown.
